The second phase of the National Registration Exam was officially made public to foreign medical graduates on Thursday by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC).
There will be two phases to the National Registration Exam Step-II.
The PMDC states that the first phase will take place on January 24 and 25, while the second phase will take place on January 31 and February 1.
According to the PMDC, the exam will take place on Saturday and Sunday.
Exam online registration is open until January 12.
The PMDC website will allow the candidates to register themselves.
The council announced a second chance to pass for candidates who had previously failed the exam.
On July 24, 2025, the PMDC decided to give these candidates an additional opportunity.
The decision, according to officials, is a reflection of PMDC's efforts to assist international medical graduates and guarantee equity in the registration procedure. In order to avoid missing the chance, the council urged all qualified applicants to submit their applications by the deadline.
