These terms apply to everyone who uses Moawin.pk. The site is run by Moawin, Building 13, Block J, Gulberg III, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan (contact@moawin.pk). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What Moawin.pk is

Moawin.pk helps people in Pakistan with education and careers. It publishes articles and information about studying, learning and working, lists institutes, courses and admissions, and connects job seekers with employers. We provide the platform; we are not the employer, the school or the consultant, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with them.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Employers, institutes, organisations and consultants must be adults acting for a real business or organisation.
• Give accurate information, and keep it up to date.
• One email address holds one account. Don't create accounts for other people without their permission, and don't pretend to be someone else.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

3. If you're looking for work

• Your profile, CV and documents must be truthful and yours to share.
• Registered employers can see your full profile, including your contact details and uploaded documents. When you apply for a job, that employer receives your profile. The public sees only a limited version.
• Moawin does not charge candidates for applying to jobs. Be careful with anyone who asks you for money to secure a job, and please report them to us.

4. If you're hiring

• Post only real, lawful vacancies, with honest details of the role, pay and location.
• Don't ask candidates to pay any fee to apply or to be hired.
• Use candidates' information only to recruit for your vacancies. Don't copy, sell or share it, or use it for marketing.
• Treat candidates fairly, in line with Pakistani law.

5. If you represent an institute, organisation or consultancy

Keep the information you publish accurate: courses, fees, admission dates, requirements and services. You are responsible for what you offer and for your dealings with students and clients.

6. Things you must not do

• Post false, misleading, offensive, hateful or illegal content.
• Harass, threaten or spam anyone, including in chat.
• Upload anything harmful, such as viruses, or files that aren't what they claim to be.
• Copy content or collect other users' information from the site in bulk, whether by hand or with automated tools.
• Try to get into accounts or parts of the site that aren't yours, or interfere with how the site works.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you add to Moawin.pk: your profile, documents, job ads and messages. You allow us to store and display it as needed to run the site, for example showing your profile to employers or your job ad to candidates. You can remove it at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Our content

The site's design, name, logo, articles and other material belong to Moawin or to those who licensed them to us. You may read and share links to them, but not copy or republish them without our permission.

Articles and information on Moawin.pk are for general guidance. We work to keep them accurate, but details such as admission dates, fees and job requirements can change, so always confirm them directly with the institute or employer.

9. No guarantees

We can't guarantee that you'll find a job, a candidate or an admission through Moawin.pk. Nor can we guarantee that every listing, profile or piece of information is accurate. We don't check every user. Take normal care, and check who you're dealing with before sharing money or sensitive information.

10. Limits of our responsibility

As far as the law allows, Moawin is not responsible for losses caused by what other users do or post, by decisions you make based on information on the site, or by the site being temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

11. Links to other websites

The site links to other websites, such as institutes and employers. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

12. Suspending or closing accounts

We may remove content, or suspend or close an account, that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk. Where reasonable, we'll tell you why. You can close your account at any time.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply to you.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore.
