Punjab Tianjin University of Technology Lahore (PTUT) is a public sector university established by the Government of Punjab. Applications are invited from suitable candidates domiciled in Punjab for various project-based positions for the Project Implementation Unit of "Strengthening of Punjab Tianjin University of Technology, Lahore."

Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:

1. Project Director (PPS-9)

• Oversee project implementation and management.
• Prepare documents required for hiring consultants.
• Develop Tender/Bidding Documents.
• Supervise project-related management tasks.
• Handle procurement and administrative matters.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and organizations.

2. Account Officer/Assistant Treasurer (PPS-7)

• Manage financial transactions and accounting records.
• Maintain financial policies and oversee budget allocation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory financial guidelines.

3. Driver (PPS-2)

• Operate Light Transport Vehicles.
• Ensure vehicle safety and maintenance.
• Follow traffic rules and university transport policies.

4. Naib Qasid (PPS-1)

• Assist in office duties such as filing and document handling.
• Perform messenger tasks within the university.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.

Requirements:

1. Project Director (PPS-9)

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Second Division) from a HEC-recognized university.
• Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
• 12+ years of post-qualification experience (at least 4 years in project management).
• Expertise in procurement, documentation, administrative matters, and consultant coordination.
• Age Limit: 35-50 years.

2. Account Officer/Assistant Treasurer (PPS-7)

• MBA, M.Com, ACMA, ACCA, or B.Sc. (Economics) (Second Division).
• HEC-recognized qualification.
• Age Limit: 21-35 years.

3. Driver (PPS-2)

• Secondary School Certificate (Second Division) from a recognized board.
• Valid LTV license & Public Service Vehicle (PSV) license.
• 5+ years of driving experience.
• Age Limit: 18-30 years.

4. Naib Qasid (PPS-1)

• Secondary School Certificate (Second Division) from a recognized board.
• Age Limit: 18-25 years.
