Job Descriptions

1. Manager Information Technology

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s (Hons) in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, or a similar discipline from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role in a relevant/similar field.

2. Specialist Program Development

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s (Hons) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences, or a similar discipline from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant/similar field.
• Preference for experience in Program Management, Program Execution, Program Design, and Curriculum Development.

Responsibilities

Manager Information Technology:

• Oversee IT operations and ensure the organization’s IT infrastructure supports strategic goals.
• Manage and lead the IT team to deliver solutions aligned with PSDF’s objectives.

Specialist Program Development:

• Develop and design programs to support skill development.
• Execute and manage program implementation with an emphasis on quality and impact.

Requirements

• Proven track record in relevant roles as described under education and experience.
• Manager Information Technology candidates must have strong leadership skills.
• Specialist Program Development candidates should demonstrate expertise in program management and curriculum design.
