A well-reputed public sector organization is seeking the services of one legal professional for the post of Legal Advisor on a two-year contract basis. The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications/experience.

Job Description:

The candidate must have LLB/LLM from an HEC recognized university or a reputed foreign university and/or Barrister-at-Law with at least 7 years of experience dealing with legal, research, advisory, litigation, and drafting of legal documents in the public or private sector. The candidate must have the following professional credentials:

• Understanding of the regulatory regime in Pakistan.
• Experience in legislative drafting including rules and regulations.
• Commitment to professionalism, discipline, and integrity.
• Excellent written and oral communication, research, interpretation, and representation skills.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• High court experience.

Responsibilities:

• Providing advice on legal and regulatory affairs and performing all necessary tasks as assigned by the organization.
• Drafting and examining rules, regulations, and other legal instruments.
• Providing legal and procedural support to in-house operations.
• Representing the organization at various judicial forums/courts, such as high courts.
• Writing opinions on complex corporate issues.

• Age Limit: 30 - 45 years.
