Job Description:

GEPCO is hiring Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) or ex-servicemen to tackle electricity theft on high-loss feeders. The role involves conducting investigations, reporting discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Report theft or discrepancies on high-loss feeders in six operational circles.
  • Rotate across different feeders as assigned by competent authorities.
  • Conduct regular patrols and report procedural irregularities.
  • Investigate reported incidents and gather relevant evidence.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be NCOs or ex-servicemen from the armed forces.
  • Minimum education required: Matriculation (additional diploma in Electrical/Electronic preferred).
  • Medical Category: ‘A’.
  • Maximum age: 50 years (on the closing date of the advertisement).
