1. Director M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation)

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the monitoring and evaluation functions for program activities.
  • Develop and implement evaluation frameworks and ensure data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices, laws, and policies.
  • Monitor performance indicators and provide insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with government and municipal entities.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Economics/Statistics or relevant field.
  • 16 years of relevant experience, including 8 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Expertise in monitoring and evaluation, data handling, and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Deputy Director Finance & Budget

Job Description:

  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource management for the program.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance on financial matters for program implementation.

Requirements:

  • Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, or Management.
  • 16 years of experience, including 6 years of post-qualification in financial management.
  • Knowledge of IT and data analysis tools is preferred.

3. Deputy Director Infrastructure

Job Description:

  • Manage infrastructure development and civil engineering-related activities for the program.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee infrastructure planning, design, and execution.
  • Provide technical guidance for civil engineering projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and quality implementation.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related discipline.
  • 8 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

4. Finance Officer

Job Description:

  • Handle financial management, reporting, and compliance tasks for the program.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial reports and ensure accuracy.
  • Support budgeting and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant field.
  • 3 years of post-qualification experience in financial management.
  • Strong skills in accounting and financial analysis.

5. Associate Admin & HR

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative and human resource support to the program.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations, including recruitment and employee relations.
  • Maintain administrative records and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Support policy implementation and organizational compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • 2 years of post-qualification experience in admin/HR roles.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

6. Junior Infrastructure Engineer (Electrical)

Job Description:

  • Assist in planning, design, and execution of electrical engineering projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Support civil engineering and infrastructure-related tasks.
  • Conduct field inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues in project implementation.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Knowledge of modern engineering practices.

7. Research Analyst (Environment)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Sociology/Anthropology or Environmental Science.
  • 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Strong research and analytical skills in environmental matters.
