Emirates Announces Massive 17,300 Jobs in Global Recruitment Drive

Dubai's Emirates Group announced Tuesday on that it plans to hire 17,300 people—the population of a mid-sized town—across a number of companies, including dnata and Emirates Airline, in the current fiscal year.

According to the firm, hundreds of personnel are needed in a variety of roles, such as engineers, pilots, cabin crew, commercial and sales teams, IT, HR, finance, ground operations, catering, and customer support.

With over 41,000 skilled professionals on board since 2022, including almost 27,000 in various operational roles, the Group currently employs 121,000 people.

In 150 cities, the Group said that it would hold over 2,100 open days and other talent acquisition events to find the top engineers, pilots, IT specialists, and talent for cabin crew positions. Events held in Dubai to interact with UAE nationals and recent grads are also included.

Dnata alone is seeking to hire around 4,000 experts in ground handling, catering, and cargo.

Over 3.7 million applications
