This tender focuses on preparing as-built/completion drawings and obtaining building completion certificates from regulatory or development authorities for various EOBI (Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution) buildings located in Islamabad.

Job Description

The consultancy services involve:

1. Preparation of as-built and completion drawings.
2. Obtaining building completion certificates from the relevant regulatory or development authorities.

This tender will follow the Single Stage One Envelope (Least Cost) process.

Responsibilities

The successful bidder will be responsible for:

1. Preparing detailed drawings as per requirements.
2. Liaising with the appropriate authorities to ensure the building completion certificates are secured.

Requirements

Interested bidders must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

• Submit complete credentials of individuals and company-related details.
• Be incorporated/registered with the SECP/GOP/Sole Proprietor under the applicable ordinance (proof required).
• Have registration with FBR, NTN, GST, and be on the ATL (proof required).
• Provide an affidavit stating that the individual/firm is not blacklisted or involved in litigation.
• Submit an original and valid affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper verified by a magistrate.
• Provide proof of completing similar assignments within the last five years.

   • Pay a non-refundable fee of PKR 10,000 via Bank Draft/Pay Order in the name of PRIMACO Islamabad.
