The Digital Arts and Financial Literacy Program has been launched in Zindagi Trust schools. Bank Alfalah, a prominent commercial bank in Pakistan, and Zindagi Trust, a trailblazing non-profit dedicated to changing Pakistani education, are happy to announce this collaboration.
This project is essential to Bank Alfalah's commitment to promoting innovation and digitization in Pakistani education. Over the course of two years, Bank Alfalah will provide PKR 14.84 million to support the creation of a digital art lab and curriculum enhancements, enabling young females to start down the path to financial independence at a young age.
In one academic year, the partnership is expected to help almost 2,000 female students at Zindagi Trust's adopted schools. In the long run, this will give females the chance to acquire useful skills that are in more demand, improving their access to career prospects. In the future, the girls will be more prepared to pursue fulfilling jobs and become financially independent.
"We are appreciative of being the first to launch this program, and we anticipate the positive effects it will have on our students," Zindagi Trust President and Founder Shahzad Roy stated. "This partnership with Bank Alfalah demonstrates our dedication to giving our students the best education and opportunity for success."
"We recognize the power of education in shaping futures, and through this collaboration, we aim to empower young girls with skills essential for success in the digital world," stressed Bank Alfalah President and CEO Atif Bajwa.
