Job Description:
Ittefaq College of Nursing is seeking applications for the following positions:

Senior Nursing Instructor/Assistant Professor

• Teaching and administrative responsibilities in the nursing department.
• Conducting research and publishing in recognized nursing/health sciences journals.
• Ensuring adherence to nursing education standards and maintaining academic quality.

Nursing Instructor

• Delivering lectures and training nursing students.
• Assisting in curriculum development and student assessments.
• Contributing to administrative and educational responsibilities within the college.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting classroom and clinical teaching sessions.
• Developing and evaluating nursing programs.
• Supervising student learning activities.
• Engaging in academic research and publishing work.
• Collaborating with faculty for curriculum improvement.

Requirements:

Senior Nursing Instructor/Assistant Professor

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSc. N)
• 2-3 years of teaching and administrative experience
• Minimum 2 publications in recognized nursing/health sciences journals (with at least 1 in the last two years)
• Valid PNC License

Nursing Instructor

• BSN (4 Years) or Post RN BSN (2 Years)
• Minimum 1-2 years of post-degree teaching and administrative experience
• Valid PNC License
