The Sindh Education Department has established a thorough code of conduct for teachers throughout the province after consulting with important parties.

The recently released rules placed a strong emphasis on maintaining ethical standards in schools, courteous interactions, and professional presentation. Teachers are expected to dress professionally and with cultural sensitivity, per the code.

In addition to wearing traditional attire appropriate for the classroom setting, female teachers were instructed to abstain from wearing excessive jewelry, high heels, and heavy makeup.

In an effort to encourage a more professional dress code, male teachers have been told not to wear jeans and T-shirts to school. Using gutka, naswar, mawa, cigarettes, or other comparable substances on school property is expressly forbidden by the standards.

Teachers have also been cautioned by the administration not to give kids personal assignments or use physical punishment in any situation. The agency declared that educators must treat every student fairly and abstain from actions motivated by personal preferences.

Educators are also encouraged under the code to interact with coworkers and staff in a courteous and constructive way, as well as to preserve professional boundaries with pupils.
