For the academic year 2024–2025, the Sindh government, through the Sindh Educational Endowment Fund (SEEF) Trust, is providing scholarships to students from deserving families who wish to pursue higher education at reputable public and private universities and institutions.

The following disciplines are eligible for the SEEF scholarship, which pays the entire cost of tuition for a single academic year (at institutions authorized by the SEEF Trust Panel):

• Social Sciences

• Business Administration

• LLB (5-year program)

• Information Technology

• Medical (MBBS, BDS, DPT, B. Pharmacy/D. Pharmacy, BS Nursing—4-year program)

• Engineering (all disciplines)

• Agricultural Engineering

• Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

Qualifications for Eligibility:

• The candidate must be a Sindh permanent resident and possess a residence.

• For 2024–2025, enrollment must take place at an institution that is part of the SEEF Trust Panel.

• A GPA of at least 2.5, or 60%, is necessary.

• The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) must verify your income.

• Children of government workers are required to turn in their pay stubs.

• The SEEF income ranges must contain the family's income.

Special quotas include:

• 86% for needy and meritorious students

• 2% for special students

• 2% for minority students

• 5% for orphans

• 5% for children of Sindh government employees

Ineligibility

Applicants will not be eligible if:

1. They are enrolled in courses outside of the SEEF panel or at institutions that are not linked.

2. Programs for foreign exchange or self-finance are in place for them.

3. They have previously taken advantage of other scholarships.

4. They send applications that are not complete or that are falsified.

5. Their percentage or GPA is below what is needed.

Application Procedure & Due Date

Applications must be submitted online at https://seef.sindh.gov.pk by interested students.

It is due on July 31, 2025. Interview invitations will only be extended to those who have been shortlisted.
