Job Description:

• Position: Security Officer
• Contract Type: Contract Basis
• Location: UET, Lahore Campus
• Salary: Lump sum monthly salary of PKR 150,000 (on contract)

Responsibilities:

• To ensure the security and safety of the premises at UET Lahore.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel.
• Ensure all security measures are implemented effectively.
• Address any emergencies or security threats.
• Maintain order and discipline on the premises.

Requirements:

• Qualification: An ex-serviceman of BS-16 or equivalent retired from the army/police.
• Preference: Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree will be given preference.
• Age Limit: 21 to 45 years.

Department of Chemical Engineering (UET Lahore) - Research Positions

Positions Available:

1. Professor (Chair on Gas Engineering)
   • Qualification: Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. & M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering with a Ph.D. in Gas Engineering.
   • Experience: 10 years (Post-Ph.D.) experience in teaching or research in the relevant field at recognized universities or in professional work.
   • Publications: At least 15 research publications in internationally recognized journals (preferably in the field of Gas Engineering).
   • Age Limit: As per UET policy.

2. Research Associates

   • Qualification: B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering.
   • Experience: At least 1 year of research experience related to Gas Engineering.
