The Authority is dedicated to ensuring healthcare quality and compliance across Islamabad's healthcare institutions. IHRA is inviting applications for the prestigious position of Board Member (Health Professional) on an honorary basis.
Job Description
The Board Member (Health Professional) will contribute to the governance and oversight of IHRA's operations, ensuring that healthcare services meet regulatory standards. The role involves decision-making, providing strategic direction, and representing the healthcare community's interests.
Responsibilities
- Participate in board meetings and decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations across Islamabad.
- Provide expert insights to improve healthcare quality and standards.
- Collaborate with other board members for effective governance.
- Advocate for the interests of healthcare professionals and institutions.
Requirements
- Minimum Master’s degree in a relevant health profession.
- Registration with the Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council/HEC.
- At least 10 years of clinical practice experience.
- Must not have a conflict of interest with the IHRA.
- Age requirement: Minimum 45 years.
