Ali Amin Gandapur, the chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, announced a free laptop program for students in the province and promised to match Punjab's laptop recipient rate.

"If Punjab provides laptops to a certain percentage of students, we will do the same," Gandapur stated. In return, he encouraged the Punjabi government to provide free health insurance cards akin to those offered in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

In order to showcase the province's healthcare efforts, he said, "We have given our entire population the Sehat Card Plus and are now offering life insurance." He urged the government of Punjab to provide its citizens with comparable advantages.

In contrast to Punjab's record, Gandapur asserted that his government had raised revenue by 55% in spite of financial difficulties. "Just 12% of Punjab's revenue has increased. Like us, let them raise it to 55%," he remarked.

In terms of fiscal management, he claimed that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was the only province to satisfy the International Monetary Fund (IMF) targets and had a budget surplus of Rs176 billion. He pointed out that Punjab posted a deficit of Rs146 billion while being given an IMF surplus objective of Rs300 billion.

Additionally, the chief minister pledged financial assistance for poor brides, saying that the provincial government would arrange the marriages of 4,000 worthy females, giving them each Rs 200,000.

"I am prepared for a debate," he declared, criticizing Punjab's leadership. Our performance is 1% better than Punjab's.
