Contract Duration:

Qualifications and Experience:

• LLB/LLM from an HEC-recognized university or a reputed foreign university, and/or Barrister-at-Law.
• At least 7 years of experience dealing with legal, research, advisory, litigation, and drafting of legal documents in public or private sectors.

Professional Credentials Required:

1. Understanding of the regulatory regime in Pakistan.
2. Experience in legislative drafting, including rules and regulations.
3. Commitment to professionalism, discipline, and integrity.
4. Excellent written and oral communication, research, interpretation, and representation skills.
5. Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
6. High court experience.

Age Limit:
30 - 45 years

Responsibilities

1. Rendering advice on legal and regulatory affairs and performing all necessary tasks as assigned by the organization involving legal issues.
2. Drafting and examination of rules, regulations, and other legal instruments.
3. Providing legal and procedural support to in-house operations.
4. Representing the organization at various judicial forums/courts, such as high courts.
5. Opinion writing on complex corporate issues.
