Applications are open for the following positions from candidates who meet the specified criteria at the Information Technology University (ITU). These are project-based positions that will not be made permanent. All posts will be filled on open merit, and no TA/DA will be admissible.
Job Descriptions, Responsibilities, and Requirements
1. Team Lead (1) [Blockchain Lab]
- Qualification:
- Master’s or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Technology Management, or an equivalent recognized by HEC.
- Minimum of 16 years of education.
- Experience:
- At least 1–2 years in research and technology project management from a reputed university/institution.
- Prior research experience is preferred.
- Additional Requirements:
- Must have good communication skills.
Research Associate (4) [IMAL – 2, Blockchain Lab – 2]
- Qualification:
- At least 16 years of education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Technology Management, recognized by HEC.
- Experience:
- Relevant experience in Industrial Automation, LabVIEW, and embedded IoT systems.
- Applicants with 18 years of education are preferred.
- Additional Requirements:
- Strong coding skills, knowledge of data science, and excellent communication and paper-writing skills.
3. Research Assistant (1) [IMAL – 1]
- Qualification:
- At least 16 years of education in a relevant recognized degree, certified by HEC.
- Experience:
- Similar to the Research Associate role, relevant experience in Industrial Automation, LabVIEW, and embedded IoT systems is required.
4. Full-Stack Developer / Lead Architect (2) [For SW Lab]
- Qualification:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Technology Management, recognized by HEC.
- Experience:
- Proficiency in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and software architecture is preferred.
- Strong grip on software and cloud architecture is recommended.
