Govt Offering Scholarships To Top 50 Universities in the World: Rana Mashhood

Rana Mashhood, Chairman of the Prime Minister's Youth Program, has stated that the current government provides a wide range of chances to young men and women in terms of education, skills, and sports, including scholarships to the world's top 50 universities in the world.
Rana Mashhood stated on PTV World's Morning show that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is carrying on his legacy as Punjab's Chief Minister. To the Prime Minister's Office, introduce different chances for youth in their areas of interest.
The Chairman of the Youth Program stated that the government remains focused on emerging industries and associated skills, with information technology and artificial intelligence at the top of the list.
Mashhood stated that, despite misconceptions, technical education remains a primary focus because it provides skills needed both within and outside of the country, and that Tevta capacity building is now underway.
He stated that youth festivals began in Punjab in 2010 and that these events assisted us in discovering incredibly outstanding young people, such as Arshad Nadeem, an Olympic Gold Medalist.
Rana Mashhood stated that the value of sports cannot be overstated due to the benefits they provide.
He stated that Danish schools have played a significant role in young development, with graduates serving in the armed forces, the information technology industry, and other sectors.
In particular, the Punjab government intends to send 5,000 laptops within 30 days, with a total of 35,000 laptops delivered by February 20, 2025. Scholarships will also be available to students in 30,000 government and 10,000 private educational institutions throughout Punjab.
As part of the CM Scholarship Program, 18,000 female students will be awarded scholarships, while the Honhar Scholarship will cover complete tuition for four to five years. To date, 68,329 scholarship applications have been received, with 34,290 of them verified.
