1. Director, University Advancement and External Linkages Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage external linkages and partnerships for the university.
• Oversee administration and career planning efforts.
• Develop and implement strategies for academic advancement.

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Management, Engineering, or Natural Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
• At least 12 years of experience in administration, academics, or career planning.
• Preference for candidates with experience in external linkages and industrial liaison.
• Excellent computer knowledge and skills.
• Age Limit: 35 to 45 years (relaxable in suitable cases).

2. Deputy Registrar Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative operations within the university.
• Ensure smooth execution of policies and procedures.
• Assist in financial and regulatory matters.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a recognized university.
• 7 years of administrative experience in BS-17 or equivalent.
• Preference for candidates with qualifications in finance (MBA Finance, M.Com., B.Com Hons, or equivalent).
• Age Limit: 21 to 45 years (relaxable in suitable cases).

3. Assistant Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Perform clerical and administrative duties efficiently.
• Assist with document processing and record-keeping.
• Support university staff in daily operations.

Requirements:

• A degree from a recognized university.
• Ability to type fairly at a reasonable speed.
• 5 years of experience as a Senior Clerk or equivalent in a government or semi-government university/board.
• Preference for candidates with finance-related qualifications (MBA Finance, M.Com., B.Com Hons, or equivalent).
• Age Limit: 18 to 35 years.
