Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team at Potato Logics Pvt Ltd, located near UCP Johar Town in Lahore. This full-time, on-site role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects within deadlines and budget. The Project Manager will oversee team members and ensure project goals align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Coordinate team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
• Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues and risks.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Provide direction and support to project team members.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
