Job Description:

We are looking to hire a Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in SEO/SEM and Paid Ads. The ideal candidate should have agency experience and be able to join on an urgent hiring basis. This is a full-time, on-site position located in DHA Phase 6.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
• Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct keyword research, analyze website metrics, and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present them to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-quality, engaging, and conversion-focused marketing materials.
• Conduct A/B testing and other optimization experiments to improve campaign effectiveness.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Expertise in SEO/SEM and paid advertising campaigns.
• Preferably with agency experience.
• Ability to join on an urgent hiring basis.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
