Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales and marketing activities, including customer service, sales, training, and sales management. The role is based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct day-to-day sales activities to achieve sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Train and mentor sales staff to improve their skills and performance.
• Manage sales processes and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Participate in promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
