Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial and strategic operations of the supported function, maintaining management performance metrics, and ensuring that business needs are met through the evaluation of current plans, programs, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting, as well as the ability to build effective relationships with functional business partners.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis activities to improve business results.
• Make recommendations for mitigating risks and overcoming challenges.
• Regularly review actual performance to plan, identify gaps, update forecasts, and recommend actions to correct performance.
• Provide strategic decision support by gathering business intelligence and conducting financial analyses.
• Prepare and present information to decision-makers.
• Develop contingency plans.
• Drive financial planning and budgeting process by developing financial models.
• Incorporate identified risks and opportunities into financial forecasts/plans.
• Assist in building financial plans/budgets and the development of functional 3-year strategic plans.

Education Required:

• MBA in Finance.

Requirements:

• 4 years of Finance experience.
• Strong financial planning, analysis, and forecasting skills.
• Experience creating and managing business plans.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate at any level.
• Advanced PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access.
