Job Description:

Ahmad Medix (Life Care) is a cutting-edge designer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art Ambulances, Mobile Healthcare Units, Firefighting & Disaster Response Vehicles, DSNG & OB Vans, Mobile Labs & Dispensaries and other customized specialty on-wheels solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow and minimize production bottlenecks.
• Design and implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase throughput.
• Provide technical expertise and support for new product development and production launches.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.

Requirements:

• 04 to 05 years of experience as Industrial Engineer.
• Proven experience in industrial engineering or related role.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of production processes.
• Effective communication and project management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
