Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect Designer located in Lahore. The Architect Designer will be responsible for creating shop drawings, adhering to Architect Designer standards, and producing accurate technical drawings. Effective communication with team members and clients is also a key responsibility of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Control projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional design.
• Take client briefs to identify needs and create feasibility reports and design proposals.
• Develop ideas considering client needs, building usage, and environmental impact.
• Produce detailed blueprints and make necessary corrections.
• Compile project specifications and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Ensure all work meets specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
• Conduct on-site visits to check project status and provide reports.
• Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals.
• Stay updated on architectural trends and advancements.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or a relevant field.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as an Architect.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating artistic skills.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent drawing skills and proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, etc.).
• Strong imagination and ability to think and create in three dimensions.
• Effective communication and project management skills.
