Job Description:

eSpark Consulting Group is seeking a talented and experienced Architect Designer or Civil Engineer with proficiency in Revit CAD software to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or architectural design and will be able to contribute effectively to our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Revit CAD software to develop detailed architectural and structural designs.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs are aligned with client requirements and project goals.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction adheres to plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with other engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Analyze and interpret project data to provide innovative design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering or architectural design.
• Proficient in Revit CAD software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
