Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team working on the Frigate NVR project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing the user interface and managing MQTT connections for real-time object detection in IP cameras. You will use your expertise in front-end and back-end development, computer vision, and hardware acceleration to progress the project.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain UI components for an optimal user experience
• Optimize and manage MQTT connections for seamless real-time object detection
• Collaborate with the team to enhance system functionality and performance
• Ensure system reliability and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Design, develop, and maintain intuitive and visually appealing UI components to enhance user experience
• Implement and optimize MQTT connections for seamless real-time local object detection with IP cameras
• Collaborate closely with the team to identify opportunities for system functionality enhancements and implement solutions
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the system's features and performance

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or similar field.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer - Video NVR System.
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks (React) and backend technologies (Python).
• Knowledge of OpenCV, TensorFlow, and MQTT protocols.
• Familiarity with Google Coral and hardware acceleration.
• Understanding of video processing and real-time object detection.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
