Job Description:

We are hiring a Junior Software QA Engineer to test and validate software products. Collaborate with developers and QA engineers on test case creation and execution. Ideal for those passionate about software testing in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and execute test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of software products.
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects.
• Perform automated and manual testing to validate product features and performance.
• Report and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and verification of fixes.
• Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Conduct database and stress testing to ensure system reliability and performance under load.
• Maintain and update test scripts, frameworks, and testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve software usability, functionality, and performance.

Education Required:

• Graduation in CS/IT/SE or a related field.

Requirements:

• 8 months to 1 year of experience as a Software QA Engineer.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, including test case creation, execution, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is preferred.
• Experience with both automated and manual testing tools.
• Familiarity with database and stress testing tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
