Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Sales Executive to join our BPO team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for making sales calls to truckers in the USA, convincing them to use our dispatching services, and bringing them on board. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to sell and convince, and experience in the trucking sales industry.

Responsibilities:

• Make sales calls to truckers in the USA.
• Convince truckers to use and subscribe to our dispatching services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our dispatching services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Record and manage client information and interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.

Education Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English.
• Good hearing and speaking abilities.
• Strong selling skills with a proven ability to convince and close sales.
• At least 6 months of experience in the trucking sales industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated and target-driven.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
