Job Description:

We are looking for an IT sales executive who is a great communicator and is able to explain the features and benefits of IT products in a way a layman would understand and possess the negotiation skills to close deals.

Responsibilities:

• Speak to customers, either face to face or over the phone.
• Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.
• Carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads, and arrange meetings.
• Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets.
• Maintain and update customer information.

Education Required:

• Relevant educational background, preferably in IT or business-related fields.

Requirements:

• Expertise in fundamental IT principles to answer technical questions asked by prospects.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and explain IT products to laymen.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
