Job Description:

Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations Developer who has worked in D365 F&O implementation and customization experience. Knowledge of D365 F&O development architecture is required with a preference for candidates who have worked in the Project Accounting and Management module of the product.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and customize D365 F&O solutions to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain D365 F&O applications using best practices.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Provide technical solutions and architecture design for D365 F&O.
• Participate in full lifecycle implementations, from requirement gathering to go-live support.
• Conduct system and user acceptance testing to ensure quality deliverables.
• Offer professional support and troubleshooting for D365 F&O applications.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Utilize VSTS/TFS for task tracking and project management.
• Apply a process-driven implementation approach to all projects.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 F&O implementation.
• Participation in at least 3 full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations.
• Senior-level consulting experience with a focus on business modeling and solutions implementation.
• Strong understanding of the existing Microsoft ALM stack.
• Proficiency in using VSTS/TFS as a consulting task tracking tool.
• Functional knowledge of D365 F&O is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and understand business problems.
• High-level solution architecture and design skills (Functional and/or Technical).
• Ability to document and capture business requirements and processes accurately.
