Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time on-site Quality Assurance & Dispatching Manager at Inventio Tech Solutions in Lahore. As the manager, you will oversee the quality standards of our products and services while efficiently delivering them to our clients. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of analysts and dispatchers, optimizing operational processes in collaboration with other teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain quality standards of products and services.
• Manage a team of quality analysts and dispatchers.
• Optimize operational processes in collaboration with other departments.
• Implement and monitor quality control methodologies and best practices.
• Ensure data entry accuracy and 100% data match in Google Sheets.
• Conduct regular audits and manage audit reports.
• Develop and execute quality assurance strategies.
• Handle logistics management and dispatching operations.
• Provide effective communication and support to team members.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights for process improvements.
• Prepare and present quality and dispatching reports to senior management.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
