Job Description:

We're an importer, Distributor, and Manufacturer representative for Motorcycle and Automobile Parts and accessories specialized in Auto Lamp Bulbs and LEDs since its establishment in 1963 and approved by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Specification. Known to serve the right replacement for our market because we claim it is Genuine, not replacement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve organizational goals.
• Identify and target new business opportunities to expand market reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about market trends and competitive activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage and mentor sales teams to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team to enhance online presence and marketing campaigns.
• Organize and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
