Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Shopify Developer to customize and enhance Shopify templates to meet our clients' unique business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Shopify's platform, liquid templating language, and front-end development. You will collaborate with our design and marketing teams to create visually appealing, high-performing e-commerce sites.

Responsibilities:

• Modify existing Shopify themes and templates to align with clients' branding and functional requirements.
• Implement custom functionalities using Shopify’s API and Liquid templating language.
• Ensure all customizations are mobile-friendly and optimized for various devices and browsers.
• Optimize site speed and performance by implementing best practices in coding and design.
• Integrate third-party apps and plugins to enhance site functionality.
• Test and troubleshoot across various browsers and devices to ensure a consistent and bug-free user experience.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with the final product.
• Maintain clear documentation of customizations and development processes for future reference.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred).

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Shopify development, with a strong portfolio of customized Shopify sites.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
• Experience with Shopify's API and integrating third-party apps.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
