Job Description:

We are looking to add a data-driven, creative TikTok Ads Specialist to our team. Using TikTok advertising campaigns customized for the UK market, you will create, oversee, and improve them to increase conversions, engagement, and brand recognition.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy: Create and execute TikTok advertising plans specifically for the UK market.
• Ad Creation: Make sponsored content, hashtag challenges, and interesting video advertisements.
• Campaign Management: Track and oversee several advertising efforts to ensure peak success.
• Optimization: Examine performance statistics to maximize creativity and ad budget.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with creative teams to create engaging advertising material and update clients on developments.
• Compliance: Ensure every campaign abides by TikTok's guidelines regarding advertising.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in digital advertising with a focus on TikTok ads.
• Adept at using the TikTok ad platform, possess excellent analytical and creative abilities, and be familiar with the UK market.
• Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to oversee several tasks at once.
