Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with a strong background in building and maintaining Microservices applications in the fintech sector. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled Java developer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about creating innovative financial solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure Microservices applications in Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other developers, to implement and optimize fintech solutions.
• Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure low-latency and high-throughput processing of financial data.
• Implement best practices for Microservices architecture, including containerization, orchestration, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and fintech regulations.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer in the fintech industry.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and related technologies (Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Expertise in Java programming and Java-based frameworks.
• Experience with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL databases).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of fintech regulations and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment.
