Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and Call Center Agents Female individuals to join our dynamic team as Call Centre Representatives. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in the US market to promote and sell products/services.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.

Education Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken English.
