Job Description:

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for exceeding targets and achieving success? Encoders Studio is seeking ambitious individuals to join our team as Outbound Sales Executives (Cold Call Specialists). As a key member of our Tech Rig Dispatch project, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your sales skills to drive business growth and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, demonstrating a results-driven approach to achieving success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and drive business growth.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outbound sales or a similar role, with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work onsite in Gulberg, Lahore. • Ability to work night shifts, from 6 PM to 3 AM.
