Job Description:

Mindstorm Communications is Looking for Customer Sales Representatives For USA campaign.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for the USA campaign.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall campaign success.

Education Required:

• Fresh candidates with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in a call center.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Not enrolled in any educational program or involved in any full/part-time job.
• Willing to commit to a 12-month contract.
