Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Analyst at Grey Circles Communication. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data, creating data models, and interpreting statistics. You will also communicate your findings effectively to stakeholders and collaborate with team members to enhance the overall data analysis process.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Conduct detailed data analysis using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools to facilitate data analysis and reporting.
• Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize data collection and analysis workflows.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, R, Python).
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience with database management and data warehousing.
