Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and back-office operations, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle bookkeeping, client invoicing, follow-up payments, ledger maintenance, and day-book management using QuickBooks.
• Prepare budgets, cost analysis reports, and project costing for clients.
• Track and manage employee/contractor timesheets and run semimonthly and monthly pay cycles using QuickBooks for Canada.
• Oversee back-office operations, including candidate onboarding, contract paperwork, and candidate setup in QuickBooks.
• Collaborate with senior management for quarterly HST filings and annual tax filings for Canada and the USA.
• Work with corporate and legal advisers in Pakistan to handle all legal and compliance matters, including tax filing.
• Create financial statements for management periodically and provide financial advisory to senior management and business leaders as needed.
• Develop standard calculation templates in MS Excel as per management requests.
• Oversee administrative duties.

Education Required:

• ACCA/finance graduate.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of QuickBooks and MS Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage financial operations and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
