Job Description:
Business development executives are responsible for driving business growth within a company. They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market.
Responsibilities:
- Quality project selection and bidding.
- Acquiring business through different channels (Freelancer, Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
- Update on product information, pricing, and contract terms.
- Interacting with international Clients (US/ UK / Canada / Australia).
- Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team, and deliver the project to the client.
- Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with a client, and closure.
- Maintain company profile with a high rating on freelancing platforms.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BSCS), Information Technology (BSIT), or Software Engineering (BSSE).
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Business Development and Bidding.
- Proficient in writing business proposals.
- Extensive knowledge of technical stacks such as PHP, WordPress, Magento, LAMP, and Laravel.
- Basic knowledge of designing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with international clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to accurately estimate project prices and create compelling proposals.
- Ability to work closely with the development team to ensure project requirements are met and delivered on time.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and maintain high-quality standards.
