Job Description:

Mindstorm Communications is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Customer Sales Officers for our USA campaign. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have excellent English communication skills and are willing to work night shifts. No prior experience is required, making this an ideal role for fresh candidates eager to start their careers in sales.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to promote and sell products and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.

Education Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Not enrolled in any educational program or involved in any other full/part-time job.
• Willing to commit to a 12-month contract and sign a year-long agreement.
