Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance & Dispatching Manager at Inventio Tech Solutions located in Lahore. As a Quality Assurance & Dispatching Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards and delivering them to our clients efficiently. You will manage a team of quality assurance analysts and dispatchers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our operational processes. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards and are delivered to our clients efficiently.

• Managing a team of quality assurance analysts and dispatchers.

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes.

• Implementing and maintaining quality control methodologies and best practices.

• Overseeing operational processes and logistics management.

• Ensuring data entry accuracy and 100% matched data in Google Sheets.

• Conducting audits and managing audit processes.

• Analyzing and solving problems related to quality and dispatching.

• Communicating effectively with team members and other departments.

• Leading and motivating the team to achieve quality and operational goals.

• Monitoring and reporting on quality and dispatch metrics.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in quality assurance and dispatching roles.

• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and best practices.

• Excellent understanding of operational processes and logistics management.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and audit management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

• Relevant certifications are a plus.
