Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries: handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers, providing prompt and accurate information.
• Resolve customer issues: identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to higher management if necessary.
• Maintain customer records: document customer interactions and update customer records in the CRM system to ensure accurate and comprehensive records.
• Provide product and service information: educate customers about the company’s products and services, helping them make informed decisions.
• Follow up with customers: conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to learn new procedures, processes, and technology.
• Must have at least three months of experience in a call center.
• Highly motivated and energetic individual.
• Ability to achieve the given targets within a specific period.
