Customer Service Executive

Job Description:

Agent will be responsible for soliciting sales over the call, chat and email. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of resolving customer query.

Responsibilities:

  • Response through inbound calls, chats, and emails to potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ask questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
  • Listen to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
  • Gather and document customer information.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience, preferably in UK campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient user of HubSpot.
