Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Software Programmer proficient in Full Stack Shopify Developer with a strong focus on custom Shopify themes and apps. to join our Global Development team. This role involves collaborating with our team on various software development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom Shopify themes and apps.
• Customize and optimize existing Shopify stores to improve performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with designers to implement responsive and visually appealing front-end interfaces.
• Integrate third-party APIs and plugins to enhance store functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to store performance, functionality, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Shopify platform updates.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on Shopify.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Liquid.
• Strong understanding of Shopify’s platform, APIs, and ecosystem.
• Experience with back-end technologies: Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or similar.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Shopify Plus and headless commerce is a plus.
