Job Description:

As a Full Stack Developer at Medatron, you will be at the forefront of creating and maintaining sophisticated web applications. Your role will involve both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust functionalities. You will collaborate with various teams to design, develop, test, and deploy innovative solutions that meet our users' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and interactive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Utilize modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js to build dynamic single-page applications (SPAs).
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design mockups and ensure user-friendly interfaces.
• Build and maintain server-side applications using Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP, Java, or similar technologies.
• Develop and manage databases using MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server.
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and APIs as needed.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and debugging of web applications.
• Ensure security and data protection measures are implemented across all applications.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of learning.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in back-end technologies: Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP, Java, or similar.
• Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Understanding of web security principles and best practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with serverless architecture and microservices.
