Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and closing sales deals over the phone while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our real estate services and products.
• Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
• Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
• Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members.
• Ensure all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
• Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

Education Required:

• High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
